Helene Keeley was elected State Representative in 1996 and has served until 2018. Helene is the Chairperson of the House Revenue & Finance committee, and also sits on the Economic Development, Banking, Insurance & Commerce; Labor; Housing & Community Affairs; and Gaming & Parimutuels committees. In addition, she serves as a Marketing Specialist for the Delaware Department of Labor.
Helene’s list of honors include the 2001 Henry Toll Fellowship for Emerging Leaders Award and the American Council of Young Political Leaders Award. She was also chosen by the National Foundation for Women Legislators to monitor national elections in Iraq.
