Paul Davis represented the 46th district in the Kansas House of Representatives from 2003 to 2015, serving as minority leader from 2009 to 2015.
Davis earned his B.A. from the University of Kansas and his J.D. from Washburn University. His professional experience includes working as an attorney for the firm of Fagan, Emert & Davis, for the Legislative and Ethics Counsel of the Kansas Bar Association, and as Assistant Director of Government Affairs, Kansas Insurance Department.
