Sofie Bellavance

Sofia Bellavance works with the NewDEAL as a Winter 2023 Fellow. Originally from California, raised in the Bay Area, she received her associate’s in history at West Valley College and is earning her undergraduate degree in history at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Sofia is currently participating in the University of California, Washington program, is eager to gain work experience and contribute to NewDEAL’s work. She is also really excited to help with Broadband Policy, the Equity Initiative, learn new ways to advance pro-growth policies, and help people around the county.
