With $2.5 million of annual legal marijuana sales, Council member Mark Jeffreys proposed his plan to direct the funding to disenfranchised neighborhoods. Jeffreys aims to use the funding to prioritize expunging marijuana-related convictions, removing lead paint, and increasing youth and community development programs in Cincinnati neighborhoods.
