The Housing Phoenix Plan committed the city to the construction or preservation of 50,000 units, with over 20% of the units considered affordable housing. “This is a significant milestone for the City of Phoenix,” Mayor Gallego said. “But our work is only beginning. Phoenix will continue to be a leader in ensuring increased housing options for all who choose to call the city home.”
