Representative Courtney Waters earned a bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College in 2011 and a graduate degree from the University of Mississippi in 2013. Waters has worked as the managing director of Teach for America, South Carolina. Waters has also worked with the Tuscaloosa Chamber of Commerce, Teacher’s Supply Closet, and the Medi Community Resource Center.

Waters represents the 113th district in the South Carolina House of Representatives.
