Dylan Liddle

Councilmember | Lawrenceburg, IN

Dylan Liddle serves as a Lawrenceburg City Councilman, where he is focused on driving results that strengthen working families and the community he calls home. A lifelong Hoosier, Dylan was raised in Lawrenceburg by his grandparents after his parents faced addiction struggles—an experience that shaped his belief in hard work, second chances, and the importance of community. His roots in Dearborn County trace back to his great-grandparents’ family farm and a proud lineage of union workers—his father with LiUNA 741 and his grandfather with the Machinists Union. Today, he continues that legacy as a representative for the Seafarers Entertainment and Allied Trades Union (SEATU), where he stands up for workers and their families.

On the Council, Dylan has led efforts to strengthen accountability and promote responsible growth. He introduced a Strong Responsible Bidder Ordinance (RBO) to ensure public projects support contractors who pay fair wages, invest in training, and uphold safety standards. Dylan has remained laser-focused on attracting new businesses, supporting existing employers, and expanding housing opportunities so more families can afford to live and thrive in Lawrenceburg. His approach to leadership is rooted in listening, collaboration, and a simple belief: progress comes from showing up, working hard, and putting people first.
