Mike Yin represents House District 16 and serves as Minority Leader, where he partners across the aisle to deliver practical results for Teton County and communities across Wyoming. While in public service, Mike still works in technology, applying his experience across the broad range of policies addressed in the legislature.

In the Legislature, Mike has helped pass bipartisan measures to increase childcare access and opportunity, invest in attainable housing, and support maternal healthcare access. He’s promoted educational investment, advocated for fairer tax policies for the middle class, and working to young people have opportunities in Wyoming. As Wyoming’s first Chinese American state lawmaker, Mike is committed to broadening civic participation and ensuring the next generation sees a future in Wyoming.
