Julie O’Hara
Operations and Finance Manager
Julie O'Hara is an operations and organizational strategy leader with experience building high-performing teams and strengthening mission-driven organizations. She specializes in translating ambitious visions into sustainable systems, leading cross-functional initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, foster inclusive workplace cultures, and support long-term institutional growth.
Most recently, Julie served as Senior Operations Manager at Fugees Family, a nationally recognized nonprofit serving refugee and immigrant youth. Working closely with executive leadership, she helped scale organizational infrastructure, implement enterprise systems, and develop data-driven performance frameworks that enable the organization to grow while remaining focused on its mission. Her career has delved into political campaigns, public policy, legal research, and higher education. She served as Deputy Director of Constituent Engagement for Hillary for America in Arkansas, leading statewide volunteer recruitment and community engagement efforts, and later conducted electoral policy research as a graduate fellow at the University of Pittsburgh.
Throughout her career, she has remained committed to helping organizations and leaders build systems that empower people, strengthen institutions, and create lasting impact.
