Samantha Slaton

Samantha Slaton is a seasoned political campaign operative with over a decade of experience leading large-scale organizing programs across legislative, congressional, and presidential campaigns. She specializes in strategic leadership, staff recruitment and training, voter protection, and data-driven field operations. Samantha is currently a LOFT Fellow, and is focused on expanding her leadership in progressive politics.

Most recently in 2024, Samantha served as National Organizing Director at the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee (DLCC), where she designed a nation-wide field program, advised state caucuses, and oversaw voter protection efforts. In 2023, she was Organizing Director for Virginia’s Coordinated Campaign, where she managed the hiring and training of over 80 staff, and helped secure a majority in the House of Delegates and defend the State Senate.
