North Carolina: Attorney General Josh Stein launched DOJ Delivers, a tool for North Carolinians to see how the North Carolina Department of Justice impacts communities. Since 2017, the DOJ has secured  $1.4 billion in opioid settlements, $3 billion in money for consumers, and $1.2 billion collected through diligent tobacco settlement enforcement– more than $5.6 billion. The tool provides county-level data for funds won for consumers and taxpayers and tracks other efforts like sexual assault kit testing and law enforcement officer certifications.
