Alexandra Stieglitz

Alexandra Stieglitz is an experienced entrepreneur working on topics in healthcare, governance and enterprise software. Alexandra is currently cofounder of two entities — Pythagoras AI, an AI front office and clinical decision support tool for behavioral health teams, and Propvizer, a municipal property advisor supporting local governments with optimizing their underutilized real estate assets. She also mentors climate start-ups via the Breakthrough Energy Ventures Fellows program and Creative Destruction Labs climate track. Previously, she was cofounder and CEO of Pluma, an enterprise HR software company purchased by SkillSoft (NYSE: SKIL) in 2021. Prior to Pluma, Alexandra worked in the climate solutions and biotech space spending 4 years at Solazyme. Alexandra has an undergraduate degree in Public Policy with a minor in Environmental Studies from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
