Nef Garcia is a long-time strategic, legal, and political advisor whose leadership and counsel is sought by some of the nation’s most influential business and political figures. Over the last quarter-century, presidential campaigns, elected officials, CEOs, corporate boards, and global leaders have sought his advice. In addition, he is widely recognized for his expertise in state and federal governmental affairs, global political strategic positioning, political compliance, and ethics law, and public administration.
Mr. Garcia has also served on the policy boards for some of the country’s most prominent business and legislative groups, including the National Hispanic Corporate Council (NHCC), Alliance for Latinx Leadership and Policy (ALLP), Board of Latino Legislative Leaders (BLLL), and the National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislators (NHCSL). He received Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Juris Doctor (J.D.) degrees from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. He also holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Texas State University.
Garcia is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Arkansas Little Rock, Bowen School of Law, and Adjunct Faculty at the Clinton School of Public Service, where he teaches advocacy and lobbying.
He is a proud Texan who lives in Little Rock, Arkansas, with his wife, Dr. Victoria DeFrancescoSoto, and their two children.
