PENNSYLVANIA: Lieutenant Governor Austin Davis and Governor Josh Shapiro have pledged $62.6 million in state funding to leverage private sector and non-profit investments to help redevelop Pittsburgh’s downtown and attract new projects. “While some may view Pennsylvania's downtown, main streets, and central business districts as relics of the past, the Governor and I view them as engines for our economic future,” Lieutenant Governor Davis said.
