Nevada: Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford announced this Tuesday that a lawsuit against social media companies TikTok, Snapchat, and Meta Messenger will move to trial. Ford states, "These lawsuits are key in holding accountable those companies that have displayed little to no regard for how their products harm our children.” The announcement comes the same day that 14 other Attorney Generals filed lawsuits against TikTok, citing the addictive nature of the apps.”
