Chelsea Powell is the Associate Director of Local Practice for Recovery, Evidence and Evaluations at Results for America. She has nearly a decade of non-profit leadership experience and has expertise in program design and improvement, cross-organizational facilitation, fund development, and in building successful teams. Most recently, Chelsea was the Managing Director of a place-based partnership in Racine, Wisconsin where she focused on improving local education and economic mobility outcomes and led a team that supported government and non-profit partners in making data-driven decisions and implementing evidence-based initiatives. Chelsea started her career in state government as a Legislative Aide in the Wisconsin State Assembly. She received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin.
