Estevan Ginsburg
Policy Director
Estevan Ginsburg works with the NewDEAL as the Policy Director. He supports the team with identifying policy trends and coordinating with policy partners to advance pro-growth ideas. Originally from California, he holds a Master’s in Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University majoring in Government.
Most recently Estevan worked in the California State Senate, serving as a Legislative Director. He led efforts to implement innovative policies addressing issues on juvenile justice reform, promoting public transportation, affordable housing construction, and expanded opportunities for foster youth in higher education institutions. Prior to his work in the legislature, Estevan taught 5th grade for two years in North Las Vegas as part of the Teach For America program.
