Shawn is the Sr. Government Relations Manager for Human-I-T, a social enterprise based in LA that focuses on promoting digital equity. In this role, Shawn works with local, state, and federal government entities to develop policies and programs that support digital equity. Currently, her focus is on supporting states as they develop their five-year BEAD and DEA plans.

Prior to Human-I-T, Shawn was the Director of Operations for a technology nonprofit and a nonprofit consultant. She has also worked on Capitol Hill.
